Wednesday Weekly Weigh In
Same. Still 142. I don't get it. Honestly I have changed my lifestyle so drastically and still I'm at 142! I know I shouldn't focus on what the scale says and for the most part I don't, but my clothes are still snug and my shorts from last year are too tight! I can tell I am a lot more toned and I'm definitely stronger but WHY can't I lose at least 2 lbs?! I would love to just be 140 at this point! Any opinions, suggestions, help, advice, etc. is welcome.

ReplyDeleteAnd as far as losing weight, I sometimes have weeks where I just hit a plateau. It's disappointing, but you can't give up! And once you start losing those lbs, they will come off fast, I promise :)

ReplyDeleteOh I hear you. I too am stuck at about 142...I have been working my butt off for 4 months and just recently said forget it! I was a SLAVE to the scale. I am 5'8 and weighed 135 when I got pg with my son. I just can't get these last 10 pounds off. I do a low carb and can lose 4 pounds, but I can't live on no carb forever and always put it back on. It is SO frustrating. I know if I just stuck with it, on top of the exercise that I do (I should say that I am WAY more toned than I was...love that!) okay...I know I am not helping. Just whining! :) Have you tired any of the Jillian Michaels stuff. OMG. She is insane. You can do this! I can do this. You just inspired me! :)
ReplyDeleteI so feel your frustration. I am stuck on a plateau too and I feel I am up against a clock because I have 13 weeks until Hawaii. :( I hate weight battles... just wanted to give you some suppport and tell you you are not alone. <3
