At 5 O'Clock Tonight...

I am going to attempt something very unheard of (for me)...I am going to try to go 24 hours with no Internet. I recently received an email from Proverbs 31 Ministries called "Faith Book", and it really got me thinking about how much time I spend on social networking and not enough time doing things that matter in life. Not saying that my bloggy/online friends don't matter but I tend to get so wrapped up in online stuff that things like work, laundry, cleaning out my closet, and reading often fall to the wayside. So tonight I'm going to do this for me. To prove to myself that I can do it. Sounds silly? You haven't seen my online history.

**Wish me luck**

  1. Not silly at all! Internet does consume quite a bit of time especially for me.

  2. That is wonderful! I agree, some days I feel like I wasted so much of my day online. Good luck! I know you can do it!

  5. Good luck! I got the same message the other day and was thinking this weekend I was going to turn off my computer, and ignore my phone, and focus on all the "real life" things that matter! Let me know how the 24 hours goes, a whole weekend is going to be a tough one for me !
