Some of you may remember this post where I was searching for the perfect sunless tanner. Well boys and girls, I think I found it. As I said in that post, I have tried Jergens Natural Glow and Dove in the past and while I liked both at first, neither left me committed. I asked for your input and majority ruled, it was my turn to try the L’Oreal Sublime Bronze.

It’s pretty cheap, I think it was $9.99, and easy to find. I tried it out and upon first application noticed a difference. WOW! I like that it’s bronze in color too because you can SEE where you are applying it. It doesn’t smell too terrible either, not like Jergens Natural Glow. I haven’t noticed it coming off on any of my clothes and/or sheets either, BIG plus! It’s got a nice shimmer to it, but not like stripper glitter shimmer, just a nice subtle hint. Oh and it’s not orangey looking AT ALL.
I have been applying that at night a couple times a week and applying the L’Oreal Sublime Glow in the mornings, almost daily. It doesn’t have a bad smell either and it’s got a little shimmer too. It’s a moisturizer so you just apply it like lotion and kill two birds with one stone. SOLD!

I have had {I believe} 4 people in the last week comment on my “tan” and how it looks so nice and natural. One even thought I was going to a tanning bed, NO WAY JOSE! Thanks to everyone who recommended it and to those still longing for that PERFECT summer glow {in April} this is a MUST!
I used that before I got pregnant and liked it. I used to do just my legs. They are the only part if my body that seemed to not tan well. I always wondered how people tan their back and whole body with the lotion do you just do certain parts or do you have hubby help?
ReplyDeleteGlad you found one that works! It's always risking using something new for fear of those orange streaks!
ReplyDeleteWait so should I try L’Oreal Sublime Bronze or Glow?
ReplyDeleteThese two things are the only thing I will put on!! I have used the tanner for years and just stumbled across the sublime glow after too, getting tired of the smell of the jergens....
ReplyDeleteI use the same brand and love it!! I need to grab another bottle when I'm at the store...bikini season is here!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the prod rec. I'm a little confused though. You have pics of 2 things but it seems you were talking about the same thing? So you use the tanner at night and the moisturizer in the morning?
ReplyDeletecan you post pictures of your new tan? id like to see how this stuff works...thanks!!!
ReplyDeleteI used to use L’Oreal Sublime Bronze too but if left too many sparkles and i didnt like it. I know use the victoria secret tanning lotion and love it!! its $12
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting this! I've been thinking about a self tanner recently, I like your sales pitch. :) I'm so pasty! I just added both to my must have list.
ReplyDeleteL'Oreal Sublime Glow Daily Moisturizer contains essential and rich moisturizing ingredients such as mango butter, sweet almond oil and Vitamin E. It also contains active ingredients such as Aqua/Water, Tri-C14-15 Alkyl Citrate, Cyclohexasiloxane, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Alcohol Denat and Dimethicone. This moisturizer also enhances your skin's natural complexion. You also might wanna use Loreal's Revitalift Eye Cream, it effectively reduces wrinkles, fine lines and at the same lightens dark circles eyes.
ReplyDeleteSunless tanning lotion is an amazing product. It does not require sunlight for creating a tanned look. If you love the sun-kissed look, then this is the right product. It is safe, skin friendly, effective, and long lasting. Thanks a lot.
