ALRIGHT ALRIGHT ALRIGHT! {do you hear my inner Matthew Mcconaughey?} It's finally moving time! I know, I said this before, but this time it's REAL! We are closing on the 10th and will take possession at 9 am on the 12th! CANNOT WAIT!
Long story short:
{our old lender sucked}
{we switched lenders 2 1/2 weeks ago}
{our new lender ROCKS}
{I'm getting our application fee back from the first appraisal}
{our new appraisal says we AREN'T in a flood zone}
{WE ARE STOKED!}
So Miss Kendall will have a home after all. It's been a long time coming and we have been VERY patient!
