Life Lately

First of all, thank you for the sweet anniversary love yesterday!  You are all so sweet.  I have the BEST readers!

Saturday night was just like any other Saturday in the Dew household.  We did a little shopping, had some lunch and came home to lounge and watch a movie.  That is until 5:40 when Jimmy came into the bedroom, where I was laying on the floor in my PJs, and told me I had 20 minutes to get dressed because we had dinner reservations at 6:30.  I just looked at him like a deer in headlights.  He's NEVER surprised me, ever before.  I mean I even knew when he was going to propose, bad.  Honestly I didn't believe him until his mom walked through the door and yelled, "SURPRISE".  I couldn't have been more shocked if I woke up with my head stapled to the carpet.  Mainly because I looked like this.
And in 20 minutes I went from drab to {somewhat} fab.
I had to wear tights though becasue it's been a while, ok a week, since I've shaved my legs.  Oops.
Dinner was phenomenal and even if it would have been mediocre it would have been fabulous because I didn't have to do anything.  It was much deserved and way overdue.

In Kendall news...girlfriend went from walking to running to running with her eyes closed.  No joke.
She's also into dancing and anytime she hears music she shakes it.  She drops it low, she swings her hips, she puts her hands in the air, she takes after her mama.
She can even multitask, eat cheerios, drink milk and watch Mickey while she does it.  God I love her.

  1. That's so sweet! Both on the J front and KP's moves. Just make sure that KP doesn't start dropping it like it's hot for boys at the park. She's going to have to beat the boys back.

  4. Glad y'all had a great anniversary dinner! It's so nice to go out to eat without the baby sometimes! Baby dancing is my absolute favorite. G likes to drop down and get his eagle on to Mickey Mouse. Boy's got moves! They should get together!
