SO WHAT! Wednesday

This week I'm saying SO WHAT if...
  • I didn't blog yesterday. It's ok. I didn't have anything worth a shit to talk about so I figured, why bother? Plus I've got some great sponsor stuff for April that I'm working on, can't wait to share with you all!
  • I didn't shower yesterday.  Monday was a PJ day so I showered and didn't even dry my hair, my hair was still wet when I went to bed, so I really thought it was silly to shower again.  Plus, they say it's not good to wash your hair every day, right?
  • Kendall begins and ends her day with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
  • I got so damn used to those 80 degree days last week that this week feels like it's freezing but it's really 60.
  • I convinced Jimmy that we needed a water table and bubble machine for the summer months.  I mean am I right ladies?!
  • I use more gas now than when I worked.  I just can't stay in this house every day so even if we go to the grocery store, we go somewhere.
  • I'm really contemplating wearing a bikini this summer.  If you live in Columbus, beware.
  • I get Starbucks any chance I get.  I know it's "just coffee" but gah, there's just something about that green and white cup.
  • I've been laying in bed, with coffee, catching up on the DVR every morning this week instead of working out.

  1. I don't wash my hair every day! It gets too dry! And "they" do say it's better for you. Yes, something about that Starbucks cup...

  2. I totally get Starbucks every chance I get! Here's the crazy thing...I usually don't even like it better than the coffee I make at home! I'm going to have to check out a water table for my little girl, that sounds like fun.

  8. I'm with yah, if i have nothing i feel like saying I don't blog either. Who cares?!

Um can I have a bubble machine for my house, even if I am 24. and have no kids?? It would go well with the hula hoops

And lastly, we already know my stance on washing your hair daily (HA)

  9. Water table is MUST! And when it gets cold, we fill ours up with gravel rocks and shovels and trucks to get some year-round use out of it.

  10. Had to laugh that you admitted to not showering yesterday. I'm rocking mom braids today because it's been an ungodly amount of days since I've showered, just being honest. ;) We have the same watertable you have, we got it last year. I have to seriously bleach the shizz out of it, b/c it got FUNK-EE from sitting around last year in between play-times. I like them, but find filling them up w/ water annoying, and if you don't put new water in them they have dead little bugs in them. I guess it wouldn't be incconvenient if it was right near the hose, but mine's on the deck!

  11. We're thinking water table and bubble machine for this summer too. Thinking of getting her the bubble machine for Easter. She's OBBBBsessed with bubbles.

I haven't worked out in a week and a half. I want to kick myself in the face.

I'm an every other day hair washer too. Way too much work to do it everyday.

  12. You definitely need the sand and water table! We have a step 2 one and my son loves it. Currently we are doing sand and he can play for an hour with it- which is like a million years in 19month old time! And yup I went 4 days (about 1.5 days too long) without washing my hair this past week!

  13. Shannon- you made me laugh hysterically with this week's SWW!! So many of your "so what's" are on my "so what" list as well!! And you will rock a bikini this summer!! Do it!!

  14. Dude. I would be more likely to write a confession saying I DID shower today than to write one saying I didn't. Because, honestly? Showers just don't happen so much around here anymore. I think we're heading out to do some shopping after nap time (I took her to a kid'sgroup this morning so it's MY turn now) and now you've got me wanting a Sbux.

  15. I don't wash my hair everyday! Thank goodness for dry shampoo. I do save on gas now, but that's because it took me 30 minutes to drive to work. BUT, I'm like you, I have to leave the house...even if it's just to get groceries.

We bought G a sandbox & now I am hoping to score a water table at a garage sale this spring!

  19. PJ Days don't require showers, I'm pretty sure it's a rule somewhere.

  20. Girl, rock that bikini! I wish I'd worn one more often before I put on weight. Then, I had Monroe and it took me a year to get my act together and realized I needed to make friends with my local WW leader.

Now, i'm wearing stuff I never would have had the courage to wear when I was skinnier, but you know what I've realized? It's probably not getting any better, so I might as well enjoy what I've got while I've got it!

btw-it looks so much better with a tan belly-sneak somewhere (tanning bed if you're not afraid) or in your back yard, private and get it brown. It makes the bikini much more forgiving!
