Ask and You Shall Receive

So I had a few people asking about the "healthy" peanut butter cookie recipe so here goes...
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup Splenda brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup natural crunchy peanut butter

Directions
  1. sift together flour, baking soda and salt- set aside
  2. with electric mixer cream together butter and brown sugar
  3. in another bowl mix egg and vanilla and then gradually add to the sugar mixture
  4. stir in peanut butter and blend. stir in dry ingredients. chill for at least 30 minutes or until firm
  5. preheat oven to 350. grease baking sheets.
  6. spoon out rounded teaspoonfuls of dough and roll into ball.
  7. place balls on baking sheets and press flat with fork (that's how you get the criss cross pattern on the tops).
  8. bake for 12-15 minutes, until light in color.
  9. ENJOY!
I added some semi sweet chocolate chunks to mine as well and Future Mr said these were "THE BEST" peanut butter/chocolate chip cookies "EVER". Let me know how you like them!
