Wednesday Weekly Weigh In

WWWI has returned! Although I am up 3 pounds from where I was 3 weeks ago I am down 1 pound from last week. Yes I gained 4 pounds from vacation *blushing*. Oh well. I have decided that the number doesn't matter. I am learning (slowly) how to have a healthy relationship with food and my body and that makes me feel great! I am realizing that I need to view food as fuel for my body, so the food I eat now is food that will give my body what it needs to run. So here is my updated pic for the week.


I have my first dress fitting tomorrow so we will see how my dress fits now! Stay tuned!

  7. It is a smoothie w/almond milk, plain, fat-free yogurt, pineapple, mango and papaya. YUM!
