Maybe some of you remember WAY BACK WHEN, before the wedding, Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE, and baby, we started looking for homes. Well now that the CRAZINESS has settled down a bit we are house hunting FULL FORCE! The first two houses we looked at seemed great online but both ended up being in questionable locations. Oh well. You live and learn. Now we are looking in a completely new part of town and couldn't be more excited about the area! It's one of those "up and coming" towns so it's still pretty quiet but not too quiet where I have to drive 30 minutes to the grocery store. See Mr. Husband wants to have SOME land and I want a nice house. I showed him what sacrificing SOME land for house will do and he agreed with me, a great house is better!
Condo living is just NOT for us and with baby on the way, what a better time to get a move on. We got pre-approved so now we HUNT! This is next on our stop...I'll tell you now, I'M SOLD!
Do you just love it!? I've already checked the school district and sexual predators in the area and all checks out good!!! We meet with the Realtor Saturday to go over all the paperwork so hopefully we'll schedule a showing SOON! Wish us luck!
