Today I am saying SO WHAT if...
- I'm {a little} excited to get back to work Monday. Mama needs her hair did REAL bad so if it means getting my booty back to work and makin' that money then so be it.
- The very thought of going back to work makes my head spin. I just don't know how I'm going to get ready in the morning, keep the house clean, make dinner and spend quality time with my family. Stresses.me.out.
- I ate wedding cake for breakfast. Our cake topper is going to go to waste if I don't. We can't have that, there are STARVING people out there!
- I prefer cloudy, rainy days to warm, sunny ones. This time of year all I want to do is snuggle and now I have a little miss to do that with and I NEED cold, cloudy, and rainy to do it right.
- We have a Christmas wreath hanging on our door. Mr. Husband went through our boxes of decorations and figured we'd be getting it out in a few weeks anyway so why not?
- I am a little curious to know how formula tastes. I haven't tried it but the thought has crossed my mind.
- I go outside in my underwear. No one can see me. Trust me.
- Going to the grocery store is "going out" and therefore requires make up now. I look for any excuse to put on a real outfit and brush my hair these days.
- We had our first date night and never called to check on KP. We promised we wouldn't be "those parents" and I'm glad we were able to go out and enjoy ourselves knowing that our baby was being well taken care of.
- My movie collection consists of romantic comedies and comedies. I swear those are the ONLY two genres that exist in my mind. This causes lots of problems.
What are you saying SO WHAT to?
I am so nervous about returning to work. I also need my hair done really bad but just can't leave my lil angel to get it done
ReplyDeleteYou always make me laugh! I swear you are my twin!!
ReplyDeleteI soooooo need my hair done too. I haven't been to the grocery store in 3 weeks but when I do go believe me I will definitely be putting my makeup on. ;)

ReplyDeleteHi! New reader here. Hilarious post! I can totally relate to using any excuse to put on make up and look halfway decent. I've been a stay at home mom for the last few months and I've been feeling like a real schlump, pretty much hanging out in my pj's all day. gross!
