This weeks SWWer comes to you from another co-worker of mine, Crissa. Crissa is great, I could go on and on all day about how sweet she is. She is also a Thirty-One consultant and I had the pleasure of meeting her at our annual National Conference.
Told you she was adorable! Anywho she's a loyal SWWer and I knew she'd be perfect to guest host for me. So, without further ado, here's what Crissa is saying SO WHAT! to this week {thanks Love}.
Hello my fellow Life After I “Dew” Groupies. I’m Crissa from BellaBud and I love me some So What! Wednesday, so I jumped at the opportunity to guest post for Shannon. Thank you, Mrs. Dew; I’m honored to be here.
I’m happy Halloween is OVER. I love the month of October and I love Fall, but Halloween – not so much. I don’t like to dress in costume, but my husband does, so he always makes it a bigger production than I care to partake in. I do have to admit, my kiddos looked way cute, so that was fun.
Dancing with the Stars is on my nerves this season. I LOVE Maks, but don’t like his partner, Hope Solo. It’s difficult to watch their zero-chemistry, much less vote for them. {Sorry Maks, you need a partner who appreciates your hotness and incredible moves}.
I was too busy during the month of October to blog regularly. I’m glad I didn’t lose my faithful followers – I just didn’t gain any new ones L. It’s ok though, I’m back so come visit.
My 10 year old daughter made me feel guilty for canceling my US Weekly Subscription after about 10 years. Apparently, she sneaks a little peek at it throughout the week and is going to miss it {stick to the Cupcake Diaries, Bella}.
I started Christmas shopping last week. I bought my first present of the season for my little Goddaughter so I have officially kicked off the holiday shopping season – chipping away at it a little bit at a time.
I diagnosed myself with “Misaphonia” a/k/a Selective Sound Sensitivity Syndrome after watching a segment on the Today Show. It helped explain why the mere sound of crunching, gum cracking, loud breathing, snoring and whistling (just to name a few)…can drive me nuts. Although Misophonia is not a well-known diagnosis and few treatment options are available, it makes me feel better to know that I’m not alone, hence why I joined a Misophonia Support Forum http://www.soundsensitivity.info/. Luckily I think I only have a slight case of it, but nonetheless, it’s the real deal.
My husband planned a family Ski Weekend for us with one of his BF’s in February. I’m excited to go hang out with hubby, the kids, and our friends {who are super cool} however, I have no desire to ski – period. Ski lodge, hot chocolate and some tubing will be the extent of my involvement.
I try to think of ways to use “rock my socks” in a sentence, but it never sounds as cool as it does when Shannon Dew says it!
If have a big blogger crush on Shannon, here at Life After I “Dew”. She says what I’m thinking, she likes what I like, she blogs like it’s her job, she is fun, super cute and motivating (nice job with the weight loss, sister!) I’m so happy I got to meet her this summer while in Columbus.
Well that’s a SW!W Wrap – thanks so much for letting me visit. Don’t forget to link up and tell everyone what you are saying So What! to this week. It’ll make you feel better…I promise.
