T25: The Results Are IN

Whew.  I just finished day two of Gamma T25 and realized I never updated you guys on my results from the Beta round.  Last time I updated was 5 weeks ago.  I had just finished the Alpha round and was feeling pretty good.  My results included a 10lb weight loss as well as T25 5-7 days a week with the 300 ab challenge thrown in the mix.  These past 5 weeks I've only lost about 5-6lbs but the results have been even more noticeable because Beta round is all about core.  You'll hear Shaun T say SEVERAL times, "is your core tight?!" throughout each of the videos and it's helped me remember to keep my core tight even when I'm not working out.  

Last time you saw me I looked like this.

Still a little soft, stretch marks galore.  But all in all I was happy with the results and I had heard that Beta would deliver even more.  And it did.  

A few things to note.  Yes I am still squishy, mainly in the belly {duh, James was born 9 months ago so we're still working on that}.  I still have stretch marks and my belly button still looks like a coin slot.  I'm hoping that will change, soon, but if not progress is still progress.  Another thing, I never feel like my booty is shrinking.  I've always had a bubble butt and thank God for before/after pics because I can actually tell that my butt is getting smaller {insert praise hands emoji}.  My boobs too.  They are still there, I'm still a 32DD but they are getting smaller and, unlike most girls, I am happy about that!  I love that I'm starting to feel my muscles, mainly in my arms, when I'm just doing normal every day stuff.  I've never had that happen before.  But I'll, let's say, wash my hair and when I raise my arms I'm like, "Well hello there biceps!  Good to see you!"  Pretty cool considering my arms have always been flabby and kinda chubby looking.  Nonscale victories for the win!  

And because the most drastic results come from the very first before picture, here's my total transformation from T25, just 25 minutes a day, 6 days a week, for 10 weeks.


I said earlier, I started Gamma round this week.  Gamma is going to last me another 8 weeks and is focused on strength.  I can already tell, 2 days into it, that I'm going to be thrilled with the results.  My arms are on FIRE when I finish so if I don't have guns after Gamma, I never will.  I also decided to start doing the ab challenge again because that lower belly pooch has got.to.go. I'm over it.  It's almost bathing suit season and I splurged on two new suits from Vickies {I haven't bought from them in at least 5 years} so I gotta rock them.  Time to get some abs!

If you are interested in T25 I'd love to hear from you!  I will stand by this program 100%.  If you are ready to get the body you've always dreamed of but don't have a lot of time {who does, really?} then this program is for you!  I used to work out with a trainer {before our wedding} and still never got results as quickly as I have with this.  It's also the first at home workout program I've ever stuck with and I've tried them ALL.  I'd love to help you reach your fitness goals!

  2. You did all that in 10 weeks! That's amazing! I can workout all day long but I can't put down the groceries. I love food and beer too…especially now that's its starting to feel like Summer.

  5. I finished Alpha and the change in just 5 weeks is amazing. I started Beta week 1 day 1 last night and I seriously though I was going to die (not to mention it was 80 degrees in my house because hubs refuses to turn on the a/c). I cussed Shaun T the whole time... but I pushed through, never stopped and felt amazing. I have pictures but I don't know if I am ready to share.

  7. First of all, you look INCREDIBLE!!!! Rock it out sister! You are my inspiration! Have you done Insanity? It is long and I found it so hard to do all of the moves. I guess I am curious how T25 compares to Insanity, but after reading your posts I totally want to buy T25!! I love that it's only 25 min! Also, I am curious about your eating plan as well! :) Great job girl!!!

  10. I was so happy to see this post! I just bought T25 as my Mother's Day gift to myself and am even more excited to start now! I agree with Amy above, would love to hear what you've been eating (or not eating). Congrats, you look amazing!!!!!

  12. The progress photos from the beginning are amazing! My husband and I made it through alpha and then I sprained my ankle (playing tetherball at the park of all things…super lame!) Haha! I tried to get going with beta after about a month but all the jumping was too hard on my ankle still. I started the 21dayfix by beach body and when I'm done with this I'm hoping to get back into beta. I just love the sweaty work of t25!!

  14. Girl!!! You look amazing!!! What a huge accomplishment! Quick question- do you do the 2 workouts on Fridays or do you do Monday-Saturday and do 6 workouts in 6 days with 1 day of rest? Are you clean eating?

  15. You look FAB!!!! I need to know.. what sports bras do you love? I have a big chest, too, and I feel like my boobs are ALL over the place when I do T25. There is so much jumping that it is uncomfortable for my chest!!

You are making a lifestyle change and showing your children that being healthy is important. We only have one life to live and you are living it!   21. Amazing results in only 10 weeks. I'm on alpha..i take my portable dvd player to work and do it in my lunch hour. I really hope to get your results
