Happy Thursday! Hope everyone is having a great week, it's almost over! YAY!
Today I am thankful for:
- My great boss. He is the best I've had in a while. He knows how to have fun, joke, and talk with all of us but be our boss at the same time. It's a really fine line and I think he does a great job.
- Internet, TV, blogging, Facebook, etc. all things that keep me busy in the evenings now that Future Mr is back on 3rd shift.
- Future Mr's (crummy) work. I know it sucks having him leave the house when I get home from work and come home when I'm leaving but at least he has a job in a time when a lot don't.
- Weekends. Now that Future Mr is gone all week at work I really look forward to our weekends together more than normal.
- My morning radio show. Future Mr hates them/it, I love them/it. I don't know how I'd get through my mornings without the Morning Zoo.
- Three Olives Bubble Vodka. Yest I said bubble as in bubblegum! Mix it with ginger ale, Sprite, Red Bull, it's delicious. Now not something I could commit to all night (even though I did Friday), as it's very sweet, but definitely my new fave.
- Text messaging. Seriously, how did we communicate before?
- Rain. It's been a pretty dry July and it's finally been rainy which is not only good for the grass and flowers but for me b/c it forces me to stay inside and do some much needed cleaning and laundry.
- Roseanne. Yes as in Roseanne Barr. I love that show, love love love it. I watch it every morning at the gym while I'm doing my cardio.

ReplyDeleteI agree with the rain comment. It has made me catch up on the piles of laundry and some much much needed cleaning! I just hope it clears up for the weekend.
ReplyDeleteYou're right. A lot of people don't have jobs right now so even if your not completely happy at the moment with the current ones at least ya have one. I say the same thing about mine....

ReplyDeleteOkay, I had no idea that Three Olives made bubble vodka. I need to try the drink you mentioned right away! It sounds like the perfect pre-game cocktail.

I also think it's great that you have a good boss. That is certainly something to be thankful for.
