Wedding Wednesdays

This weeks WW post will be all about flowers. Not sure if you all remember my flower drama but after much anticipation, anxiety, nervousness, etc. I stuck with my original florist. I met with her after the "drama" and she seemed legit so I crossed my fingers, hoped and prayed that she would pull through for me. And did she ever! She told me I could come Friday (the day before) and preview all the flowers but my mom decided that I should be surprised and she went to see them herself. She called me when she left and said they were AMAZING! I was so relieved! When we got to the venue on Saturday I could NOT wait to see them. This was the picture I showed her for my bouquet

Pretty dead on, huh? I was IN LOVE with my flowers! I mean, yes there was drama and I would still give her an over all grade of a C-, but based on performance alone, she gets an A++. Hera are some more...

    Your flowers did come out amazing! So beautiful! It's been a while since I've seen purple at a wedding, and I love it. Really different from the blue and the black and the reds people normally choose. And I really like your bridesmaid dresses and how they got to choose the style in the same color.

    Those are LOVELY! I love all the different shades of purple. If there wasn't a little drama, it wouldn't be a wedding! : )

    seriously, they were GORGEOUS!! I've been taking a pic of you w/ your flowers to my flower appts to show them some of the things I liked - the purple against your ivory dress was PERFECTION!!
